Does this company ever respond to emails?
I ordered a part on 3/13 it was meant to be a birthday gift for my dad.
I never received any shipping confirmation, so I emailed on 3/15 asking for a tracking number.
I then emailed again on 3/17, again no response.
It is now 3/22 and no response from you and have still not received my order
I'll never bother with your company again that's for sure.
Trouble with emails
I just wanted to respond to the gentleman in regards to the parts order and no email response. I did talk wit Jim Carter yesterday evening and they are going to look into any unanswered emails. I would suggest calling their toll free number. Jim said they can fix what ever may be wrong right away on the phone. Jim is a very nice person and I am sure he and his company will do what ever they can to make things right....hope it all works out for the best...
